We the People-P of the World holding the teaching of PaRaDiSe–R based on Genesis 1:1a/א-D to be self-evident-S truth;

to form a nation state that procures success-PD, establish Justice Justice-RD, and furthers celestial salvation-DD;

ensure welfare-DP, promote education-RP, and provide defense-PP;

in order to achieve these goals-PR, do ordain-RR, and establish this Constitution-DR.

The Preamble of the AmeriVersal Constitution is herein presented in the PaRaDiSe format.

2.- University, College & School as the seed of crystallization to nucleate as triad protagonist of culture.

3.- Only students, teachers & staff in Education can vote its officers.

4.- In charge of the Judicial Power, now not Government Branch, University, News-Media, Education, Social Security, Tech Biz Startups & all others pursing Justice Justice!

Article I Universal People’s Institute of the AmeriVersal United States Constitution

The Universal People’s Institute will be the catch all of all rights and powers not in the essential definition, on the one hand, of the United States or the States, nor, on the other hand, of the Legislative or Executive Power Branches of Government.

In today’s knowledge-driven age the University, College & School is recognized as the seed of crystallization of Culture to nucleate into the Universal People’s Institute.

To this end it will be autonomous, independent, self-governing & sovereign. Electorally consisting solely of students, teachers and staff.

The Universal People’s Institute is in charge of the Judiciary Power, Healthcare, High Tech Startups, Social Security, Education, News-Media, and all other organizations in the pursuit of Justice Justice!
